Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth in the global logistics sector. In this role, you won’t just be selling services—you will be consulting with businesses to optimize their supply chains across air, ocean, and land freight.

The ideal candidate is a someone with social skills who thrives on face-to-face interaction, possesses an active book of business, and leverages a deep network to open doors from day one. If you have a proven track record in freight forwarding or logistics sales and love the thrill of closing deals in the field, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively hunt and secure new commercial accounts through daily field visits, cold calling, and networking events.
- Client Management: Leverage and expand your existing client base to introduce our comprehensive suite of global logistics services (Ocean/Air Freight, Warehousing, Customs Brokerage).
- Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective clients’ logistics setups to offer tailored, cost-effective, and efficient supply chain solutions.
Market Expansion: Travel regularly within the assigned territory to build strong, face-to-face relationships with key decision-makers (Logistics Managers, CFOs, Supply Chain Directors).

- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using our CRM, providing regular forecasts to the regional sales management team.
Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
- Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of successful outdoor/field sales experience specifically within global logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
- Established Network: An active, portable portfolio of clients and a strong network within the shipping and logistics community.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You can read a room instantly and build trust effortlessly.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory (valid driver’s license and reliable transport required).

- Autonomy: A self-starter mindset. You enjoy working independently in the field while staying aligned with corporate goals.
