Job Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Sulaymaniyah. The Sales Consultant will guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process, providing accurate product information and tailored recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable vehicles, preparing and explaining pricing and financing options, and handling sales documentation. Responding to customer inquiries and leads, and creating and following up on new sales leads to build a strong pipeline. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory and automotive features, following up with prospective and existing customers, and collaborating with logistics and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Consultant is expected to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Charity& Philanthropy
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales (required)
•Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish (required); knowledge of English
•Strong sales consulting skills, including needs analysis, product presentation, and closing techniques
•Experience generating, tracking, and following up on sales leads
•Customer service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
