I went through the job search myself — studying, building skills, applying to role after role, and still wondering half the time whether anyone had actually opened my CV.
A CV is a summary. It shouldn’t be the only thing standing between you and the job.
That’s the whole premise of KDXJobs: give people and companies a faster, more honest way to find each other.

KDXJobs reads a CV and a job post for what they actually say — skills, experience, qualifications — and scores the match on that, not on whether the right buzzword happened to appear.

KDXJobs started because I was the one applying, not because anyone asked for a market analysis.
That turned into the actual question: could recruitment work better than this?
