About KDXJobs

Talent shouldn’t be invisible.

KDXJobs exists so a good CV doesn’t get lost in a pile of a hundred others, and a good opening doesn’t get buried under keyword filters.

The name

What KDX stands for.

Three words. One product.

K Kurdistan
D Digital
X Transformation

KDXJobs: Kurdistan’s digital transformation of how people find work.

Why KDXJobs?

I know what it feels like to be invisible.

I went through the job search myself — studying, building skills, applying to role after role, and still wondering half the time whether anyone had actually opened my CV.

A CV is a summary. It shouldn’t be the only thing standing between you and the job.

That’s the whole premise of KDXJobs: give people and companies a faster, more honest way to find each other.

The problem

Recruitment shouldn’t feel like a lottery.

Candidates Finding the right job can mean scrolling through hundreds of vacancies and sending countless applications.
Companies Finding the right candidate can mean reviewing hundreds of CVs just to discover a handful of relevant people.

There’s no shortage of talent here. The shortage is in how well anyone gets matched to it.

Our solution

Match on skills and requirements, not just keywords.

KDXJobs reads a CV and a job post for what they actually say — skills, experience, qualifications — and scores the match on that, not on whether the right buzzword happened to appear.

For candidates
  1. Candidate
  2. Skills
  3. Matching
  4. Opportunity
For companies
  1. Company
  2. Requirements
  3. Matching
  4. Talent

Our mission

Make it possible to tell, from the outside, whether a candidate is a fit — without either side having to read a hundred CVs to find out.

Our vision

Nobody should lose a good opportunity because their CV used a different word for the same skill, and no company should miss a good hire because that CV was sitting under three hundred others.

The founder

One person’s answer to a problem they actually had.

KDXJobs started because I was the one applying, not because anyone asked for a market analysis.

That turned into the actual question: could recruitment work better than this?

KDXJobs is my answer.

Looking for work, or looking to hire?

Either way it starts the same place: browse open roles if you’re job hunting, or post one if you’re hiring — both take about three minutes.
